The Botany was recently established in 2018 with a vision to bring a fresh, ingredient driven menu to the north of Glasgow. That same philosophy is applied to our seasonal cocktail menus and extensive wine list. The Botany is an enchanting venue offering dining in a glasshouse conservatory overlooking beautiful garden surroundings.

 

Our name pays homage to the nearby sub-district of Maryhill, so called as the starting point for prisoners departing from the Forth and Clyde canal to the penal colonies of Botany Bay, Australia!
